Refurbished in 2019, the apartment has a modern interior décor and is finished to a high standard. It features light interior colours and a tasteful design. The apartment is furnished with high-quality built-in domestic appliances and comfortable and stylish furniture.
The apartment is in an even better location, 20 metres from the bright sandy beach and just a few minutes’ walk from all amenities, shopping centres, cafés and restaurants. It is a perfect location for your beach vacation.
The apartment offers 37 sq. m of living area. It has a bedroom furnished with a 160 x 200 cm bed and a spacious bathroom. The apartment is equipped with high-quality integrated appliances in the common kitchen/living room area. It is also furnished with a sofa which can be easily converted into a 140 x 200 cm bed. The apartment is ideal for up to 4 guests.
